Here's my brief review of the Proven Amazon Course (PAC).
In 2013, I discovered that anyone can sell on Amazon and started researching to find out how I could too. After a week or 2 of reading lots of sites and watching many videos, I found one name that stood head and shoulders above all the other "gurus", with a great online reputation of being trustworthy - a rarity in the hyped-up, scam-filled internet marketing world. If you're new, it's not too hard to get setup with an Amazon seller account. Amazon has finally put together a well organized resource called Seller University. Only catch is you have to open a seller account before you can access Seller University. If you already have a seller account, just login to Seller Central and search for seller university. If not you can open an Amazon Seller Account at Amazon Seller Central.
Anyone Can Sell On Amazon, But Not Everyone Thrives But wait! Opening an account is straightforward and you can learn all the basic steps to list, label and sell through Seller University, but neither will show you strategies for what to sell and how to actually run a profitable Amazon business. Effective Training For Amazon Sellers That's why numerous Amazon courses have appeared in recent years. I've personally joined a few and coach/talk extensively with others who have signed up for various courses that cost anywhere from $80 to $5000. Having considered and compared the content, community, honesty, integrity, support and real world results, I can only endorse 1 product with a clear conscience- the Proven Amazon Course (PAC). Some of the other programs pay $2000 in affiliate commission to refer clients, but I cannot honestly bring myself to recommend any except PAC. There are also a couple of courses that cost less than $100 but they are a total waste of money with content creators that have no clue what they are talking about - I have been in some of these and had to correct the serious misinformation being taught. PAC is different as it has been around for 10 years and grows stronger each year with constantly updated content and social proof of a loyal business community built on a rock solid reputation and word of mouth, without the hyped sales pitch of some of the other offerings. Another big difference with PAC is all the strategies are from actual successful practitioners, meaning they are real business practices by real business owners - hence the "Proven" in the course name. This is not a "shiny object" course put together by some guru who does not practice what is preached. It shows you how to build a real business with a wide variety of strategies. I think it's worth noting that I had to take 5 screenshots and stitch them together just to make that 1 image! That shows how much value is in the course materials. |
Proven Amazon Course Review 2017 - Video Walkthrough
I've also just recorded a video to walk through the contents inside the PAC member's area. I believe this sneak peek at the contents will help you make an informed decision. Note that there have been many major updates such as Proven Private Label 2.0 which have been added since this video was recorded in Feb 2017.
Updates (Oct 2017):
- Proven Private Label 2.0 (PPL2.0) is now included in the Proven Amazon Course (PAC). In other words, when you get PAC you get PPL2.0 for free!
- The 3rd edition of "How to Import from China and Many Other Countries" has been added to PAC. This guide provides lots of practical guidance on sourcing and shipping from China.
- There is a new "Live Events" section in PAC that includes video recordings and notes from the many PAC related live conferences and workshops. Just this section alone would have cost over $5,000 in fees to attend, but PAC members get it as part of the package! The content shared in each of these events is extremely powerful. Just watching and applying 1 point from 1 session out of the dozens can provide an ROI many times over the cost of PAC.
One comment I've come across from a few PAC users is they feel overwhelmed by the content.
The solution is simple. Think of PAC as a reference library, or one-stop compilation of the best proven, real-life Amazon selling business strategies.
You do not and should not try to go through everything!
A completely new seller can start with the "Start Here" followed by the "Next Steps" sections. Then just zoom in on relevant parts and skip those that are not your style. For example I'm in Singapore, on the other side of the world from Amazon in the USA, so I skip thrifting and garage sales and focus on modules such as Private Label (PPL2.0), Proven Performance Inventory (PPI) and a few others.
You only have to look at the modules already in PAC to realize that the $399 price (there's also a 3 monthly instalment option) is a ridiculous steal (I sold over $800 by month 2 and over $100,000 in the first year). But also notice the updates on the right of the image that show the incredible pace of content development.
PAC teaches over 30 (and counting) practical, proven, real world strategies to build a business! In fact I bought the PAC only 1 year 10 months ago with zero entrepreneurial background and in that short span have built multiple income streams - 2 with 5 figure monthly sales (one Amazon and the other by applying the same strategies and experience to physical retail), 3 that each contribute between $200 to $2000 a month and now building another based on Proven Product Partnering (PPP) that is set to close it's first $10,000 + 20% recurring commission of Amazon sales payouts to help a manufacturer manage their Amazon seller account. To address the main issue from new Amazon sellers who felt overwhelmed by the content, the user interface and structure of the Proven Amazon Course has been completely upgraded. As you can see from the screenshot below, it is now clear and easy to find the section you are interested in.
Each module is also structured in a step-by-step format as preferred by many users.
And as has always been the case, the content is continually being updated without any need for existing users to pay additional fees to access the new content! This is a huge advantage compared to many other courses that charge a subscription that is many times more expensive every month/year, or requires payment to access new content.
